Job Description:

I am currently supporting an international industrial group specializing in high-performance technical solutions for the construction and civil engineering sectors.

The company is looking to hire a Technical Sales Representative based in the Barcelona area.

Your responsibilities:

You will be responsible for developing and managing business activities within your region, combining commercial development and technical expertise.

Your role will include:

Managing and expanding an existing client portfolio (contractors, distributors)

Identifying and developing new business opportunities

Preparing and following up on commercial proposals and projects

Actively supporting projects from early stages through to completion

A key aspect of the role will be prescription:

Collaborating with architects, engineering firms and consultants

Promoting technical solutions upstream in project development

Positioning products in specifications and tenders

You will also act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service while coordinating internally on orders, deliveries and claims.

This is a field-based role with regular visits to clients, construction sites and partners.

Profile:

Proven experience in technical sales within construction materials, waterproofing, roofing or civil engineering

Strong understanding of project-based environments

Ability to combine commercial drive with technical credibility

Autonomous, proactive and results-oriented mindset

Excellent relationship and communication skills
