We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Lead Generation Specialist who can design intelligent, targeted campaigns that drive qualified opportunities for our sales team.

What You'll Do

  • Design and execute targeted lead‑generation campaigns and events that deliver a steady flow of qualified leads for the account management teams
  • Develop tailored ideas and approaches based on the segment you're targeting — from luxury residential (via distributors) to large‑scale commercial and public‑sector projects
  • Understand each customer type and craft unique strategies, messaging, and activation plans for each segment
  • Analyse markets, trends, and buyer behavior to identify new opportunities and optimise campaign performance
  • Report directly to the Managing Director, contributing strategic insights and shaping the company's marketing direction

What You Bring

  • Demonstrated success in B2B lead generation, ideally within design‑led, premium, or high‑specification product environments
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value in a way that connects emotionally and commercially
  • Hands‑on experience with B2B marketing tools, programs, and campaign execution
  • Commercially savvy — someone who understands ROI, makes smart decisions, solves problems creatively, and adapts quickly
