About the Role
The selected candidate will be responsible for the full management of the restaurant, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality service, and achievement of commercial goals. They will lead a multidisciplinary team and act as the link between daily operations and upper management.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience and maintain the brands premium positioning.
Team Management
- Lead a team of around 20 people, including head chef, floor manager, and baristas.
- Coordinate schedules, shifts, daily briefings, and task follow-ups.
- Conduct feedback sessions, coaching, and conflict resolution.
Operational Management
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, food safety, and efficiency.
- Monitor operational costs and optimize resources.
Performance Management
- Analyze KPIs, mystery shopper results, and drive continuous improvement.
- Report directly to the Operations Manager.
Candidate Requirements
- Advanced Spanish and English
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in fast food or bakery/café settings in Spain
- Experience leading teams of 10+ people
- Knowledge of food quality and safety standards
- Previous experience managing sales, shifts, and commercial targets
