Salary: 30,00035,000 gross/year + benefits

About the Role
The selected candidate will be responsible for the full management of the restaurant, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality service, and achievement of commercial goals. They will lead a multidisciplinary team and act as the link between daily operations and upper management.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience and maintain the brands premium positioning.

Team Management

  • Lead a team of around 20 people, including head chef, floor manager, and baristas.
  • Coordinate schedules, shifts, daily briefings, and task follow-ups.
  • Conduct feedback sessions, coaching, and conflict resolution.

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, food safety, and efficiency.
  • Monitor operational costs and optimize resources.

Performance Management

  • Analyze KPIs, mystery shopper results, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Report directly to the Operations Manager.

Candidate Requirements

  • Advanced Spanish and English
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in fast food or bakery/café settings in Spain
  • Experience leading teams of 10+ people
  • Knowledge of food quality and safety standards
  • Previous experience managing sales, shifts, and commercial targets
