Business Development (Manager/Specialist) – Solar & Battery Distribution (B2B)

As 2026 marks a critical phase of national growth, the company is expanding its sales team to support increasing market demand and drive continued success.
Role and Responsibility
- Managing and growing a portfolio of solar installers & electricians
- Developing new B2B accounts
- Quoting, closing, and managing repeat orders
- Selling solar panels, inverters, and battery systems
- Working under a clear profit (Gross Profit-based) KPI
Requirements
Hard Skills
- Applicants for the Business development manager role should have proven B2B sales experience, preferably in solar, electrical, construction, or trade supply.
- Solar experience is helpful but not essential for the Business development specialist role. Attitude and execution matter more.
- Ability to manage your own sales pipeline end-to-end
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on profitability
Soft Skills
- Comfortable in a KPI-driven, performance-based environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- High level of accountability and ownership
- Execution-focused and results-driven
