As 2026 marks a critical phase of national growth, the company is expanding its sales team to support increasing market demand and drive continued success.

Role and Responsibility

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of solar installers & electricians
  • Developing new B2B accounts
  • Quoting, closing, and managing repeat orders
  • Selling solar panels, inverters, and battery systems
  • Working under a clear profit (Gross Profit-based) KPI


Requirements

Hard Skills

  • Applicants for the Business development manager role should have proven B2B sales experience, preferably in solar, electrical, construction, or trade supply.
  • Solar experience is helpful but not essential for the Business development specialist role. Attitude and execution matter more.
  • Ability to manage your own sales pipeline end-to-end
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on profitability

Soft Skills

  • Comfortable in a KPI-driven, performance-based environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • High level of accountability and ownership
  • Execution-focused and results-driven
