About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to support the growth of our new energy and power-related products portfolio across the Australia & New Zealand markets.
This role demands deep market insight and a strong understanding of the competitive landscape. You will be responsible for setting clear strategic direction and orchestrating the efforts of global marketing sub-teams to ensure cohesive and impactful execution. Success in this position requires exceptional strategic thinking, analytical capability, and the ability to lead through influence in a matrix environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for new energy, power, and technology product and support sales growth and commercial objectives across the ANZ region.
- Drive product positioning, go‑to‑market planning, and user engagement initiatives to support commercial objectives.
- Conduct market analysis, including customer insights, competitive intelligence, and industry trends, to guide strategic decision‑making.
- Plan and deliver both online and offline marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and accelerate product adoption.
- Partner closely with product, sales, and channel teams to ensure full alignment between marketing activities and revenue targets, ensuring all programs contribute to pipeline development and business results.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Energy, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications or related fields
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing or growth-related roles
- Solid understanding of both B2B and B2C business environments and the ability to navigate between them.
- Strong communication, analytical, and execution capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive outcomes in a fast‑paced environment.
