Finance Manager Spain

Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial operations across multiple business units in Spain. This strategic role will report to senior leadership and play a key part in supporting business performance, compliance, and expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure proper implementation of financial policies, internal controls, and compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor cash flow, manage payables, and supervise monthly closings and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports, feasibility studies, and performance analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational priorities.
• Lead and develop the finance team, setting clear KPIs and performance objectives.
• Support internal and external audits, and maintain accurate documentation and audit trails.
• Participate in business expansion projects, including financial modeling and risk analysis.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in financial management, ideally in multi-site environments.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with ability to manage and develop finance teams.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to travel within Spain based on business needs.
