Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial operations across multiple business units in Spain. This strategic role will report to senior leadership and play a key part in supporting business performance, compliance, and expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure proper implementation of financial policies, internal controls, and compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor cash flow, manage payables, and supervise monthly closings and reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports, feasibility studies, and performance analyses to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational priorities.
- Lead and develop the finance team, setting clear KPIs and performance objectives.
- Support internal and external audits, and maintain accurate documentation and audit trails.
- Participate in business expansion projects, including financial modeling and risk analysis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in financial management, ideally in multi-site environments.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with ability to manage and develop finance teams.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to travel within Spain based on business needs.
